What I’ve discovered is that my biggest strength isn’t doing everything myself — it’s knowing how to find, coordinate, and motivate the right people to deliver the right things. I take that to mean that I can cut through the noise, spot the gaps, and bring the best partners together so leaders can move faster, with more confidence.
