About Charlie Widdows

Charlie works with executive teams and investors navigating growth, transformation and integration.

He previously co-founded and exited Solverboard, an innovation management platform, and has worked inside complex organisations where execution risk isn’t theoretical but commercial.

His approach is grounded in proven leadership thinking (including Lencioni’s work on cohesive teams), but applied diagnostically rather than prescriptively. He starts with where you are, not where a model says you should be.

His work focuses on:
