Not at all.
Our value isn’t in brokering people — it’s in helping you focus on the right challenges, align your leadership team, and keep the roadmap alive through OKRs and a monthly cadence.
We don’t just design the plan; we help you deliver it. That means setting OKRs, facilitating quarterly reviews, updating dashboards, and unblocking progress when things stall. If external specialists are needed, we can connect you — but orchestration is optional, not the core.
By staying involved, we protect your investment, keep leaders honest, and build capability so you can sustain change long after we’re gone.
1. Aren’t you just a ‘middle-man’? Couldn’t we cut you out later?
Our model flexes. Some clients only need light-touch advisory support — others need more delivery muscle.
With our Support Partner monthly cadence, you can choose the right mix: strategic workshops, OKR coaching, or hands-on delivery. And if bandwidth is an issue, we can embed an associate a few days a month to help run the roadmap and keep projects moving.
2. How do you support smaller businesses that need more hands-on help?
3. What would a one-off project cost?
Sometimes you don’t need an ongoing partner — you just need a specific change project scoped and delivered, and you need the right capability to make it happen. We can help here too.
You know the challenge you need to solve. We bring the expertise, bandwidth, and proven frameworks to deliver results at pace. From technology rollouts to data strategies, cultural shifts to process redesign, we orchestrate delivery alongside you, your team and our partner firms if appropriate. Project costs will vary depending on scope and complexity, but as a guide, we tend to price projects as multiples of our monthly retainer of £4,400 + VAT. So a 6-month project would typically be around £25K and a 12-month project would be nearer £50K. However, as each project is different, we will always agree scope and pricing up front so there are no surprises.
4. What does the ongoing partner support fee cover?
Our retainer (typically £4,400 + VAT per month) combines OKR Framework Delivery with monthly cadence support. That covers:
Quarterly OKR workshops (set, align, review).
Monthly alignment calls and dashboard updates.
Blocker resolution and leadership coaching.
6-monthly re-run of the Change Stack Map to track progress.
Think of it as having a part-time change leader in your business — ensuring the roadmap doesn’t gather dust, but actually gets delivered.
5. Isn’t this just another consulting model?
Wash your mouth out! It might look familiar on the surface — but the way we work is different:
30-day value, not 3-month scoping — you see tangible outcomes fast.
OKRs at the core — change is delivered through rhythm, not one-off projects.
Capability, not dependency — we leave your team stronger, not reliant.
Optional partners — we only introduce specialists if needed; we’re not tied to one bench of consultants.
6. Won’t this feel like a slow, bureaucratic ‘Change Advisory Board’?
What’s the opposite of a bottleneck?
Our approach is deliberately lightweight and agile: short cycles, rapid alignment, clear decision-making. OKRs provide focus, dashboards make progress visible, and blockers get fixed quickly. Where traditional CABs slow things down, our model speeds them up — reducing wasted effort and keeping leaders focused on outcomes.
7. What if one of your partners underperforms?
Our ecosystem is vetted, and our reputation depends on quality. If we bring a specialist into your roadmap, we stay accountable for their work.
If something isn’t right, we fix it quickly. You won’t be left managing multiple providers — you deal with us, and we make sure everything stays aligned.
Yes. The framework is designed to scale. As your organisation grows, your OKRs evolve, and your roadmap adapts every quarter.
We can expand support — from light-touch advisory to embedded delivery — and bring in partners when specialist capacity is needed. Whether you’re tackling one big challenge or scaling transformation across multiple sites, the model flexes with you.
8. Can this scale as you grow?
9. How transparent is your pricing?
We keep it simple:
Leader Assessment = Free.
Team Map + Success Roadmap = £3,500 fixed fee.
Ongoing support = £4,400/month.
Optional partner projects = contracted directly, so you see the costs clearly.
No hidden extras, no surprises. Just clarity from the start.
