1. Aren’t you just a ‘middle-man’? Couldn’t we cut you out later?
Not at all.
Our value isn’t just in finding the right partners, it’s in orchestrating them around your goals. We act as your single point of accountability, making sure delivery stays aligned to strategic priorities and that different specialists don’t pull in different directions. We bridge the gap between leadership ambition, technical delivery and team adoption, so insights don’t get lost in translation. By staying involved we protect value, challenge everyone to stay focused on outcomes, and ensure your team is left with capability, not dependency.
2. How do you support smaller businesses that need more hands-on help?
We offer an ongoing Change Support Partner model, where we don’t just advise — we roll up our sleeves and work alongside you. That might mean embedding an associate in your team for a few days a month, helping you run your OKRs, or providing project management capacity when things get busy. It’s flexible and adapts to your level of internal capability.
3. What would a one-off change project cost?
Sometimes you don’t need an ongoing partner — you just need a specific change project scoped and delivered, and you need the right capability to make it happen. We can help here too.
You know the challenge you need to solve. We bring the expertise, bandwidth, and proven frameworks to deliver results at pace. From technology rollouts to data strategies, cultural shifts to process redesign, we orchestrate delivery alongside you, your team and our partner firms if appropriate. Project costs will vary depending on scope and complexity, but as a guide:
First 30 Days - Prove the value early.
In the first month we:
Clarify the problem statement and success measures.
Run discovery workshops to engage your team.

Produce a detailed roadmap for the full project.
Deliverable: Tangible outcome + agreed roadmap.
Indicative cost: £3,500– £5,000 (introductory price).
Next 3 Months - Build momentum.

Upskill your team so they own the change.

We’ll always agree scope and pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
6-Month Target - Embed capability.
Focus: making the change stick.
Scale the solution across teams.
Integrate with existing systems and governance.
Establish clear metrics and reporting dashboards.
Provide coaching and training to build internal confidence.
Introduce SME Partners if appropriate.
Deliverable: Embedded capability with governance in place.
Indicative cost: £4,400 per month plus Partner fees. (introductory price).
4. What does the ongoing partner support fee cover?
Our retainer is designed to give you predictable access to senior advisory support and change delivery capacity. Typically, £4,000 covers 3–4 days per month of senior consultant time — which might be split between strategic advice, workshop facilitation, project management and hands-on delivery. We’ll agree the exact balance with you each quarter.
5. Isn’t this just another consulting model?
While diagnostics and retainers might be familiar, the difference is how we do it:
We run in short cycles, keeping things practical and outcome-driven.
We curate the best specialists and introduce them, rather than push a bench of generalists that we insist you use.
We build capability inside your business, so you don’t stay dependent on us.
It’s consulting, but with less jargon, less overhead, and faster impact.
6. Won’t this feel like a slow, bureaucratic ‘Change Advisory Board’?
What’s the opposite of a bottleneck? Our orchestration model is designed for agility: short cycles, rapid alignment, clear decision-making. We don’t approve changes for the sake of control — we design processes that speed up delivery, reduce wasted effort, and build trust across teams. One of the things I heard when interviewing change leaders about the Change Stack Advisory proposition was that traditional CABs slowed them down - so I wanted to make sure we were seen as the antidote.
7. What if one of your partners underperforms?
Our reputation depends on partner quality, so we manage performance closely. Every partner is vetted, and we stay accountable for their work. If something isn’t right, we fix it — quickly. You’ll never be left chasing multiple providers; you deal with us, and we handle the rest.
8. Can this scale as you grow?
Yes. We’ve built repeatable frameworks for onboarding new clients, aligning teams, and delivering outcomes. As we grow, we’ll invest in associate training, quality assurance processes, and shared IP — so you get a consistent experience whether you’re our 5th client or our 25th.
9. How transparent is your pricing?
We’re as open as possible. We publish indicative pricing ranges, and we’ll scope with you transparently before we start. We also offer fixed-price diagnostics and ongoing partner support models, so you can see exactly what you’re buying. No hidden costs, no surprises. That’s not very consultant-y is it?
12-Month Framework - Transform at scale.

Deliver the project across the whole organisation.
Measure and demonstrate outcomes.
Build a self-sustaining model for future change.
Provide transition support and a long-term roadmap.
Introduce SME Partners if appropriate.
